Resilience, Solidarity and Support

Mutual support and solidarity are at the heart of INCLO’s identity.

Since our founding, we have continuously stood by our members as they face the shrinking of civic space and its consequences — helping them build resilient organizations and respond to reprisals and repression.

Our Resilience, Solidarity and Support work cuts across all our pillars, strengthening the capacity and well-being of our member organizations. We build skills in key areas such as fundraising, communication, and security, and facilitate peer exchanges that allow members to share lessons learned and collaborate on common challenges.

We also provide a safe space for directors to address institutional issues like leadership transitions and well-being, offer ad-hoc assistance in times of emergency, and publish solidarity statements when members face reprisals. Together, these actions reinforce collective resilience and foster a culture of care across our network.

Goals

One

To support our member organizations to counter legal, regulatory and financial consequences of the shrinking civic space

Two
