INCLO welcomes historic win against UK mass surveillance

INCLO’s member organization in the UK, Liberty, scored a landmark win at the European Court of Human Rights on 13 September 2018 when it challenged the legality of British and US intelligence agencies capturing the private communications of millions of people. Liberty acted in the European court on behalf of a coalition of ten NGOs, including seven INCLO members.
