Job Opening: Fundraising Officer

INCLO is looking to welcome a part-time fundraising officer to its team. If you have a proven track record of supporting organizations to develop a fundraising strategy, securing funds from diverse sources and you share a passion for civic engagement, climate change, human rights & civil liberties, international relations, and reproductive health/rights, we would love to hear from you. This remote position is a perfect opportunity to advocate for human rights by playing a pivotal role in ensuring the financial sustainability of INCLO.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Relations, Nonprofit Management, Communications); three to five years of experience in fundraising, specifically for national or international human rights organizations; a proven track record of securing significant funding from foundations, institutional donors, and other sources; excellent grant writing and proposal development skills, with attention to detail and adherence to donor requirements; strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to cultivate and sustain donor relationships; knowledge of international human rights issues, networks, and donors; proficiency in donor research tools, CRM software, and MS Office; and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural and remote or hybrid environment.
